Thank you for applying for the Austin Celtic Festival. Please feel out the form below and submit. We will review your application and you will be contacted with a decision on whether or not you have been accepted. Once you have been notified of acceptance, we will send a payment link for payment. Food and Beverage Offered

We do not grant exclusivity on any item but may restrict some items if we feel we have reached a saturation point. We will have an estimate of 10 to 12 entree food vendors and an additional 4 to 6 snack/beverage vendors for a weekend crowd of 4000 provided there is good weather. Please note you can only serve what you indicate on this form. If you add items to your menu during the festival, you will be asked to remove them.

I have a tent setup and will need the festival to secure a City of Austin Temporary Food Permit. Temporary Food Permits are an additional $80.00

I have a Mobile Vending Unit (on wheels) with a current City of Austin Mobile Permit. See below to enter your Mobile Vending VIN.

I have a Mobile Vending Unit (on wheels) but do not have a permit for Austin and need the festival to secure one provided I have not met my temporary food permit limitations for Texas. Permits are an additional $80.00

I have a Mobile Vending Unit (on wheels) but will have food or beverage setup off of the unit under a tent and need the festival to secure a permit for the tented items not on the wheeled unit. Permits are an additonal $80.00

My food / beverage offerings fall under Texas Cottage Laws (ex. food is prepackaged and labeled) and do not require a food permit.

Electricity: The venue does not have electricity available for vendors. Vendors bringing generators should be whisper quiet models, have a safety enclosure (barricade or fencing) to keep public from accessing them and follow all Austin Fire Dept. regulations including having proper, and currently inspected required fire extinguishers.

---- HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

As a participant in the Austin Celtic Festival, I assume complete responsibility for personal injury to me or damage to property which may occur during the event or while I am on the premises of the event. I hereby release and hold harmless the Austin Celtic Association, Pioneer Farms, sponsors, promoters, and all other persons associated with the event from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage. I grant permission for any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever. I have read this Waiver, understand it and sign below of my own free will.
